Bukhara is one of the oldest cities of Uzbekistan, and its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage site. More than 140 architectural monuments survive here: the Kalyan Minaret and Mosque, the Ark Fortress, the Samanid Mausoleum, the Lyabi-Hauz ensemble and many others.

Bukhara is also famous for its crafts: jewellery, metal engraving and carpet weaving traditions have been passed from generation to generation for centuries. In the evening, enjoy tea by Lyabi-Hauz and taste the local cuisine β€” one of the most pleasant moments of your trip.
